It requires the ownership and care of Vermont timberland and a tremendous responsibility to ensure that the forest is indeed cared for, we are all stewards of the land and especially of the forests of Vermont where Pure Vermont Maple Syrup is produced. This sugarhouse features a steam evaportaing system which is a unique and propritary design. This system makes a consistent high quality product.
