Description

The home of abolitionist land baron Alden Jeudevine who came to this virgin timbered valley in the spring of 1839. Go through garden maze, view the largest, northernmost collection of rhododendrons and azaleas in Vermont. View the 11 1/2 foot high stone wall that remains from the waterpowered saw mill of 150 plus years ago, at the base of the largest, wheelchair accessible waterfalls in Vermont. Hike the 1000 foot nature trails to the secluded upper falls.
