Description
Come visit our farm shop with its viewing window to the cheese-room and
try some cheese. We are dedicated to making small quantities of fresh-milk cheese from sheep grazing our Vermont meadow grasses.
The taste changes with the grasses and with the season.
We are also a satellite farm for The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation. We board and train retired racehorses for a new life as riding horses.
