The Salisbury Fish Culture Station was built and put into production in December, 1931. The main focus of the facility was propagation of salmonids into the waters of the state. Fish ranch in size from 1 in. to 12 lbs. Major supplier of trout eggs for Vermont fish culture system. Listed on the National Registry of Historic Places.
