Description
The 2-mile-long Lake Morey Ice Skating Trail is the longest in the US. Crossing the entire lake from north to south, the trail offers panoramic views of snow-covered cliffs and mountainsides and the chance to spot a bald eagle. The trail is suitable for hockey and figure skates, but it's best enjoyed on Nordic Skates, which can be rented from the Nordic Skater in Norwich. Call (866) 244-2570 for directions.
